POLISH CELEBRATION ANTI-SEMETIC WAVE LONDON, Nov. 23. The Times Warsaw correspondent says that “Colonial Day” was celebrated throughout Poland by the adoption of a resolution demanding colonies to satisfy Poland’s economic and population expansion, including the provision of markets to provide work for the unemployed.
