FINAL DIVIDEND FOR YEAR A TOTAL OF SIX PER CENT. I Per Pres? Association I WELLINGTON, Nov. 6. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., have received advice from the comr any’s head office in London that at the annua] meeting, to be held on November 19. the directors will recommend declaring a final dividend of 31 per cent., making, with the interim dividend already declared. 6 oer cent, for the year ended June 30 last. The dividend will be payable on November 26. The directors propose transferring £25.000 to the staff provident fund and carrying forward a sum of £122,100.
