WANGANUI SUB-CENTRE FIFTH ANNUAL MEETING. I The fifth annual meeting of the Wanganui Sub-centre of the West iCoast (N. 1. Centre of the N.Z.A.A.A. was held on Monday last. Delegates representing all clubs in the district w ere present. The election of officers for the season resulted:—President, Mr. G. A. Benson; vice-presidents, all presidents of affiliated clubs; vice-chairman, Mr. IJ. Goss, junr.; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. W. A. Rusden; delegates to centre annual meeting, Messrs. D. Macpherson and C. C. McDonald; delegates to centre executive meetings, Dr. T. M. Fitzgerald and Mr. L. Marter; local officer, Mr. A. C. Bourgeois; hon. auditor, Mr. A. Weekes. Various matters relating to athletics in general were discussed, and it was the unanimous opinion of the meeting that a very successful season was in view.
