PHILIPPINES TYPHOON 400 KNOWN TO BE DEAD HUNDREDS STILL MISSING IBy Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright'. Received Oct. 33, 11.20 p.m. MANILA, Oct. 13. The known dead number 400 in the Nucva Ecija province, Philippine Islands, as a result of the typhoon. Hundreds arc not accounted for. Communications are cut in ten northern provinces. The rice erop was destroyed at Luzon.
