MANCHUKUO PATROL
FIRED GN BY SOVIET TROOPS TOKIO, Oct. 12. Various reports state that Soviet troops fired at a Manchukuo patrol at Yan-kuan-ping. Four Manchukuoans were killed and five wounded. Reinforcements were immediately sent and the contending forces are now only 400 yards apart.
