Conditions were good overhead but a strong gusty wind prevailed. There were 2d competitors, tne winner being T. A. Clouston, of Lauder, who previously held the Cup in 1933. Clouston secured the possible of 21 birds, 2U or which were broken first barrel. Wilson Elliott and J. Stiven, both of Balclutha, tied for second place with 17 birds each.
