LONG ROAD RACE CHRISTCHURCH TO WAIMATE. HANDICAPS FOR TO-MORROW. The Christchurch to Waimate road race, which will decide the 145 miles cash cycle championship of New Zealand, will be held to-morrow. The race will start at the Show Grounds and the Mayor of Christchurch (Mr. J. W. Beanland) will dispatch the limit riders at 8.15 a.m. Nearly 80 riders have nominated for the event, coming from the North and South Islands. The scratch men are W. J. Lamberton (Lincoln), H.
