THE WANGANUI BRANCH. The annual meeting of members of the above institute was held yesterday, Mr. P. H. Wood, of Marton, presiding. Apologies were received from Messrs. H. J. Duigan, H. R. Beauchamp, and J. E. Walker, of Bulls. Report and Balance-sheet.—On the motion of Mr. Wood, seconded by Mr. Pearce, it was agreed that the report and balance-sheet be adopted. Election of Officers.—The election of officers for the coming year then took place as follows:—President, Mr. P. H. Wood (Marton); vice-president, Mr. C. Pearce; executive committee, Messrs. H. R. Beauchamp, H. J. Duigan, T. G. Hackshaw, W. H. Ward and A. J. B. Sicely; secretary, Mr. E. F. Liffiton; auditor, Mr. R. M. Finlayson; councillor, Mr. H. J. Duigan.
