POLICE CHIEF’S PROPERTY LONDON, Oct. 5. rwen the Commissioner of Police is not exempt from the attentions of thieves. Sir Philip Game left his car parked in Richmond, whence it disappeared. Police cars dashed out in search and found it in Twickenham after several hours.
