CHARGES AGAINST OWNERS FAIL. Received Sept. 20, 6.5 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 20. Mr. Justice Greaveslord, without calling evidence for lhe defence, directed the jury that there was no case against Sydney Graham and. Ralph Holland charged with sending ' a British ship, the La Crescenta, to ! sea in an unworthy condition and con- : spiring to incite the master to overload her. Defendants were discharged.
