AUSTRALIAN DELEGATES OFFICIALS SAIL TO-DAY By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrightl CANBERRA, Sept 17. The Australian delegation to the conference in Wellington to consider lhe establishment of an air mail service between Australia and New Zealand will be: The Hon. Mr. Parkhill (Minister of Defence), the Secretary of the Defence Committee (Mr. Shepherd), the Controller-General of Civil Aviation (Captain Johnston), the Director of Postal Services (Mr. Brown), and the Chief Secretary of Postal Services (Mr. Harry). The Australian officials will sail to-mor-row. Mr. Parkhill will leave by the Awatea on September 25
