MR. STEVENS IN NEW YORK 9 , Received Aug. 30, 7.4 p.m. T NEW YORK, Aug. 29. The Premier of New South Wales, Mr B. S. Stevens, at a private luncheon given by the banking and financial group, outlined the financial position of Australia, particularly with reference to New South Wales. He will confer with the same group again on Monday, after which he hopes to receive a definite decision regarding the refunding of the New South » Wales dollar bonds.
