AUSTRALIAN STOWAWAY
DEPORTATION ORDER MADE [ Per Prefs Association. ] DUNEDIN, Aug. 5. At the Police Court, George Lawson Pritchard, 38, an Australian, pleaded guilty to stowing away on the City of Delhi and landing in New Zealand without a permit. Accused was found on the vessel which arrived yesterday from Melbourne. It was asked that he be deported by the same vessel sailing for Lyttelton and thence to Australia this afternoon. The deportation order was made with an order that the master of the vessel pay the expenses involved in the prosecution.
