MAGISTRATE’S COURT
When James Gould, a second offender for drun:<enness, appeared In the IVlagistrate’s Court yesterday before Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M., Sergeant Harrison remarked that defendant was a sustenance man. ’‘This is another case of a man on sustenance wasting his money in drink,” remarked the magistrate. He then warned accused that if he came before him again on a similar charge he could expect a heavy fine. He was convicted and discharged
