STABLE GOVERNMENT VAIN SEARCH FOR AMBULANCE. KHARTOUM, July 29. Returning from Gore, the headquarters (L resistance in Western Abyssinia, a former member of the Red Cross, Captain Brophil, reports the formation of a stable Government representing the Galla and Amhara tribes controlling 100,000 square miles. Captain Brophil made five flights in a vain search for the missing Swedish ambulance, comprising 15 men. He will remain at Khartoum pending instructions from Prince Charles of Sweden. ,
