BRITISH LIBERAL PARTY Received Mav 1, 11.5 j i*i LONDON, May .1. Proposals are afoot to reorganise the Liberal Party as a result of a lengthy inquiry. It is urged that it is essential to aim at a majority in the Housn of Commons, for which subscriptions of at least £50,000 yearly are advisable. The proposed new constitution fe'.s freedom first in all spheres, will aim at world peace through the League and seek to increase the co-operation of the Dominions, not aiming at imperial xejfsufficiency.
