Miller, S.M., discharged defendant, remarking that there was not sufficient evidence to commit him for trial. The coroner’s verdict was that deceased met his death from injuries as described in the medical evidence, sustained ns a result of the motor-cycle which he was riding being struck on the rear wheel by an overtaking motorear driven by Parkin.
