WANGANUI COLLEGIATE SCHOOL. MARRIS WINS CHAMPIONSHIP. The final race of the Wanganui Col-| legiate School’s inter-house rowing competitions was decided yesterday under ideal condiions and resulted in a win for Marris, who defeated Selwyn by two lengths. Marris, who drew the inside course, took the lead after covering--200 yards and won without being extended. This race was necessitated through the ruling out of the first-round meeting between the two crews owing to a foul. As a result of these races Marris secure the championship with three undefeated performances, Selwyn, Hadfield and Grey waning one race each.
