POLICE SEARCH CONTINUES
THE DALEFIELD SHOOTING [ Per Preas Association | MASTERTON, March 13. At a late hour to-night no trace had been found of Stanley Charles Maisey, for whom an extensive police search has been carried out since Thursday morning. Maisey is wanted bv the police in connection with a shooting affray at Dalrfield, as a result uf which Maisey’» father-in-iaw, Anthony Conwell, is in hospital with a bullet wound ill the jaw. A fairly large party of police is still in the district and a police net has been spread throughout the Wellington district. It is now considered certain /that the wanted man travelled to Wellington by a service ear on Thursday morning, but after he left the car m Featherston Street hp completely disappeared. The condition of Conwell remains satisfactory.
