DIVORCE GRANTED
RICHARD TAUBER'S SUIT Received March 13, 10.20 p.m. VIENNA, March 12. The German tenor, Richard Tauber, has been granted a divorce from his wife Carlotta, and is now free to marry Mirs Diana Napier, the young English film actress to whom he was engaged in April. Proceedings are continuing against Carlotta.
