PAREWANUI SCHOOL DANCE. On Thuibday evening the opening dance of th-e season in aid of the funds of the Parewanui School wii held in the Town Hail, Bulls. Larkin’s orchestra will supply the mu. , and a free bus will run iroiu Alartc-n. Cards will be provided for non-danc-ers as usual. CRICKET. Bulls and Halcombe played at Hulcombe during the wvek-end, victory resulting in Halcombe’s favour by three ruuti. Scoring was low owing the state of the ground, the winners making 39 and 53, and the losers 20 and 69.
