CAPE TO ENGLAND FLIGHT Received March 9. 7.45 p.m. LONDON. Al arch 9. iLeutenant Rose, who, last month, set up a. new record flight to the Cape, will also establish a record for the Cape-to-England flight if he reaches 'Croydon before 4.11, p.m. PILOT WITHOUT PERMIT TRIPOLI, March 8. Flight-Lieutenant T. Rose, who is flying from Capetown to England, landed here to-day to refuel, but the Italians refused to allow him to continue, since he lacked a permit.
