Maxwell Swimming Baths. The’county clerk, Air. J. Dix, reported to yesterday’s m-eeting of tlae Waitotara County Council that already £l3O had been collected toward the cost of repairing the Alaxwell swim ming baths which were damaged in tne severe flood on February 2. North Island Pageant. Several Wanganui pilots will probably compete in the North Island pageant, to be held at New Plymouth on Friday and Saturday, March 20 and 21, respectively. The pageant is already creating a great deal of interest among aero clubs and wil] in all probability attract a large attendance. Included in the programme is the unveiling of a memorial to the late Sir Charles Kingsford Sn.ith and C. T. P. Ulm. The ceremony is to be performed by the Governor-General, Viscount Galway. Next Friday and Saturday the South Island pageant will be held at the Taieri Airport (Dunedin).
