POSITION OF STOCKS. The Dairy Board reports that the position of stocks of butter and cheese as at February 1 was as follows: Butter.
DAIRY PRODUCE DULL. The New Zealand Producers’ Cooperative Marketing Association’s weekly cabled market report from London, dated February 18, is as follows: Butter market dull and little doing. New Zealand, 945; Danish, 1265. Cheese market quiet. New Zealand, white, 525; coloured, 56s 6s to 575. Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd., have received from their principals. Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London, the following cabled advice, dated February 18:—New Zealand butter, 945. New Zealand cheese, white, 51s 6d; coloured. 575. fcoth markets quiet. A. 11. Turnbull and Co., Ltd., have received the following cable from their principals, W. Weddel and Co.. Ltd., dated London. February 18:—Butter, Danish, 1275; New Zealand, finest, 945; Kangaroo, finest. 935. Cheese: New Zealand, white, 525; coloured, 565.
