CHARGE OF FRAUD
REMAND GRANTED. Arrested at. Nelson, Frederick BertJl Shelly, alias Arthur Felton, alias Aliles. appeared in the Wanganui Magistrate’s Court yesterday on a charge of receiving sums of money totalling £2l 7s fid at Wanganui on November 22 end fraudulently omitting to account for oi pay the same to the Colonial Afutuai Life Assurance Company, AccufiC'l was remanded to appear on January 17 by Mr. Peter Lewis, J.P.
