GALE FURTHER DELAYED The Canterbury Company's coastal motorsh’p Gale was further delayed owing to heavy rain on Tuesday. She is now scheduled to continue her Wanganui loading at Oamaru and Timaru to-day. Lyttelton to-morrow and at Wellington on Saturday. She is expected here on Sunday and after discharge on Monday will sail for Lyttelton direct, where she will be docked for overhaul. (Millward and Co.). HOLMDALE ALSO DELAYED The coastal steamer Holmdale has also been delayed at Dunedin. The vessel . was not expected to sail for O-maru and Timaru until last night and will now continue her Wanganui loading at the latter ports to-day. She is tn call at Lyttelton to-morrow. The steamer is expected in the Wanganui roadstead on January 21 and is to sail on February 4 for Lond >n. Avonmouth, Cardiff, Liverpool and THE TAIROA The Shaw, Sa', ill and Albion steamer Tairoa is due in the Wanganui roadstead on Januaiy 29 and sails on February 1 for Auckland. from which port she will sail finally on February 5 for London, via Panama Canal and Kingston. EMPIRE STAR LEAVES HOME The Blue Star Line have received cabled adv.ee that the Empire Star left London last Saturday for Auckland, Wellington and Napier, via Jamaica. The vessel is due at Auckland on February 13. THE LOCH LOMOND The Loch T.omond is expected at Auckland from Pacific Coast ports of America tomorroy. After discharge the ship will go U, Wellington and Sydney. NARDANA AUCKLAND TO-DAY W reless advice has been received from the Nardana that she will arrive at Auckland from New York at six o’clock this morning. The ship left New York on December 17. She will later proceed to Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. MATAROA CLEARS BALBOA The Shaw, Savill Company have received cabled advice that the Mataroa, outward bound from Southampton and London, cleared Balboa at 3 p.m. on Monday.
