Good Fishing at Castlecliff. A party of Wanganui residents who went fishing with nets near the wreck of the Cyrena at Castlecliff Beach on Monday evening were favoured with an excellent catch. Schnapper, flounders and kakawai were secured in large numbers, and according to one member of the party the haul was one of the best he had ever seen. Recently another party went trawling in the same locality, but their luck was out and they secured only a small number of fish, most of which had to be thrown back into the water.
