ITALIAN 'PLANE CRASHES
TWO BRAVE PILOTS KILLED. , ASMARA, Jan. 12. Owing to engine trouble an aeroplane crashed near Makale. killing the occupants, Luiga Lanza and Albert > Ostini, the pilots of Count Ciano’ujuadron who were recently decorated *or bravery; also the mechanic. The mechanic has been identified as Jergeant Barino. The aeroplane crashed »r. a hillside owing to low-lying cloud<. t is believed to be that in which Lanza md Lieut. Baron Ostini, chief of the ?ress Bureau, were companions of Sergeant Balmazio Birago, the first air force casualty, when he was fatally wounded in November during a raid on an Abyssinian encampment.
