On the final day of the Tattersall’s Club races Egniont followed up his ‘ ' success of Saturday with a win in the ‘ o Trial Stakes, in which he gave a fine . o exhibition of stamina. He has now had 1 0 two wins in five starts. He is trained ; for the former New Zealander, Mr E. ; J. Watt by another former New Zea- ; 3 lander, G. Price. To-day’s race was • 8 restricted to apprentice riders. Palm, 6 after beginning smartly, nicely won the Flying Welter. Results:— Trial Stakes. —Egmont 8.4 (McEvoy) : 1, Jovial Sou 7.3 (J.
