CALF CLUBS
WANGANUI-MAIN TRUNK FUETHEB JUDGING DONE, Judging was proceeded with yesterday in the Boys and Girls’ Calf Club competitions. Animals at Ngutuwera, Kohi and Waverley .Schools were paraded before Messrs. H. Hodge (Alton) and W. Bremer (Batea). The displays at all schools were gdPd and the judges complimented the children on their efforts. Owing to pressure of work on the farms, the attendance of adults at the centres was small and the officials were somewhat disappointed wit lx the smallness of the numbers present.
