RONGOTAI AIRPORT
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Dec. 2. A plan involving an expenditure of £128,000 fo> the development of Rongotai as an airport suitable for large commercial aircraft, was tentatively approved by the Wellington City Council to-day, when the report of a special committee was brought down for examination by the council as a whole.
