CHINESE PREMIER RESIGNS SHANGHAI, Dee. 1. Wang Ching-wei, the Chinese Premier and Foreign Minister, who was wounded by an assailant at the opening session of the National Kuomintang (People’s Party) conference on November 1, has resigned his portfolios on the ground of Hl health. A bullet was extracted from his back, and he is recovering.
