Corroboree galloped well throughout and hr finished well half a length in front of Black Fox. being timed to run the distance in 1.49 4-5. LIMOND STALLION GLADSWOOD FOR THE STUD The Limond horse ’Gladswood, who ran in the Melbourne Cup, has been bought by Mr. J. L. Stewart, of Perth. Mr. Stewart, who is a member of the W.A.T.C. committee, and who races horses in partnership with Mr. J. F. G. Robinson, has acquired Gladswood for stud purposes, and it is improbable that the horse will be raced in Western Australia. Gladswood will be used as a sire at Warrawagine Station. Mr. Stewart already has Land of Nod at, the stud, and is a keen breeder of thoroughbreds JAMIESON’S HORSES BIG TEAM FOR N.Z. CLOSING TIME LEASED. Received Nov. 26, 11.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 26. A team of J. T. Jamieson’s horses is booked to sail for New Zealand at the end nf.the week. ‘lt will include Country Party. L’poko Ariki, Latharna, Warwick Lad and King Musk. Closing Time has been leased to a Melbourne owner and will in future be trained at Caulfield by P. Quinlan. PALM IN AUSTRALIA WIN AT KEMBLA GRANGE SHOWS RETURN TO FORM Received Nov. 26, 9.50 p.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 26. At the Kembla Grange races to-day Palm* showed a return to form, easily winning the Fiying Welter (four and a-half furlongs). which resulted: — Palm 9.5 (Davidson) 1, Rameses 8.9 (Maxwell) 2, Captain John 9.5 (Jones) 3, eleven started, including Grand Duke. Length; three-quarters of a length Time, 55 3-5.
