DECISION VARIED ON APPEAL. I Ter Press Association. ] WELLINGTON. Nov. 12. The decision of No. 5 Licensing Authority is varied by the Transport Co-ordination Board in a reserved judgment to-day on appeal. W. 8. Cameron. Wanganui, appellant, operates a goods service between Wanganui. Marton, Feilding and Palmerston North with two vehicles. The appeal was opposed by the Railways Board and Wright and Co., carriers.
