FOOD RATIONING

ABOLITION IN RUSSIA Received Sept. 26, 11.5 p.m. MOSCOW, Sept. 2G. The virtual abolition of the entire system of rationing foodstuffs throughout Russia is announced in a decree signed by Stalin and Molotov. The decree will unrestricted retail sales in meat, fish, sugar, fats and potatoes at State-fixed prices. It also orders a reduction in the price of bread, the rationing of which was abolished on January 1 last.
