ON ERITREANJRONTIER Received Sept. 11, 1.30 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 9. An Addis Ababa official communique, and telegrams from the northern provinces, report important movements or Italian troops at various points on the Eritrean frontier, making it apparent that an offensive is coming in the north. The American Newspaper Alliance’s special correspondent at Addis Ababa, amplifying the communique, says that despite the rains making the countryside a nog, tne Italians are reported to be moving on a greatly extended front towards strategic points on the frontier. A number of generals and officials have been summoned to the Emperor’s palace. It is reported that the Emperor is experiencing difficulty In restraining the frontier guards.
