The chairman of the Broadcasting Board (Mr. Vickery) says that there have been discussions on the matter, but that was as far as the board has gone to dute with regard to the broadcasting of political .speeches. Al embers of the board had talked the matter over and would be considering it further. No decision had been come to yet. ,
