POTTED CHEESE This delicious dish is made from stale leftover cheese. It will keep well and is splendid to have on hand for picnic hinohes, afternoon tea or supper emergencies. Put 4ozs. huter intc, a saucepan, and when melted add 1 cup grated old cheese, pepper and salt to taste. Aljhv to get thoroughly hot (but do not boil), then remove from fire and add 2 well-beaten eggs. Stir all well to together, and place in small airtight jars.
