All hough the, liner Queen Mary i> not due to ha\c John Brown’s fitting basin at Clydtbank for another nine months, the Clyde authorities have already almost completed preliminary plans for her voyage out to sea. As lhe channel between the basin and the tail of the bank’’ is narrow and winding it may be found best to use two tides, and halt the ship for ten hours at Old Kirkpatrick.
