ANNUAL SPORTS UNDER WAY QPKN SLALOM TO WELLINGTON [ Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, Aug. 30. Club’s annual winter sports meeting was decided on Scoria Fiat, Nai o.ml Park, to-day. Honour’ we:e fairly evenly divided among the prov laces. Results were:— Men’s Slalom Open and Ruapehu Club.—A. Farrelly (Ruapehu Club) 2, Miss M. Woelev (Hutt Valley) 3. Men’s Novice Race.—First heat: C. B. Lewis (Raurimu) I, I. E. Thomas (Wellington) 2. Second heat: E. Exley (Wellington) 1, C. J. Read (Wellington) 2. Women’s Novice Race.—Miss E. Wallis (Okahukura) 1, Miss M. Holt (Napier) 2, Miss Z. Lloyd (To Awamutu) 3. Men’s Downhill, Open and Ruapohv ( iub.—R. C.
