BRITISH PROTEST TO MOSCOW. Received Aug. 27, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 27. The Daily Telegraph’s Moscow correspondent says that the British Government has strongly protested to Moscow against the Comintern’s subversive activity in Britain.
