He traces the history of English and Italian co-operation in Africa, leading up to the suggestion that Britain wil) benefit from Italian occupation of Abyssinia, which would ensure peace on the frontiers and development of a country bordering three British possessions, hence being beneficial to an increase in the reciprocal economic re* lations of these territories.
