MOVEMENTS OF SPANISH TROOPS. Received Aug. 22, 10.50 p.m. LONIDON, Aug. 22. The Times’ Barcelona correspondent says: “Indicating the increasing European nervousness, Spanish troops embarked for the Balearic Islands, which hitherto have not been protected. Artillery units are being drafted in the direction of Gibraltar, and two warships will be stationed permanently at Gibraltar. Twa others will cruise in Balearic waters.”
