J True bills in seven of eight indictable charges were returned by the Grand Jury at the opening of the Supreme Court at. Hamilton before Mt Justice Callan to-day. Tho Court was concerned with a charge of breaking, entering and theft against Ernest Edwin Newton, 24, Don Rudolph Melhose, 23, and Graham Wilfred Morton, 24. Melhoso. pleaded guilty and the other pair not guilty, the hearing of the charges against them occupying all to-day.
