Take Lift to Top Floor. ,PATEA-WAITOTARA RABBIT DISTRICT, is hereby given in terms of Section 5.1 of The Rating Act, 1925, and Sections 65 to 68 of The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, that the Patea- \\ aitotara Rabbit Board will at a meeting of the said Board to be held on Wednesday, the 21st. day of August, 1935, at 11 a.m., make and levy a rate of One farthing per head on all Sheep, and One penny, farthing, per bead on all Cattle (the minimum rate to be Ten shillings) as shown in the Stock owner’s list dated the 15th. day of April, 1935, of the Patea-Waitotara Rabbit District a district constituted in terms of Part TI of “The Rabbit ‘Nuisance A«ct, 1908,N.Z. Gazette No. 48 31st. May, 1923. Such rate to be for the period commencing on the First day of April, 1935, and ending on the 31st. day of March, 1936, and to be payable in one instalment on Thursday, the 22nd. day of August, 1935, to the Collector, at the office of the Board, No. 7, Campbell Place, Wanganui.
