“Folies Bcrgcre de Paris” is a !»*• ish musical production in which Maurice Chevalier is starred and Merle Oberon portrays the principal feminine role, under the direction of Roy Del Rumi, with Ann BOthern and Walter Byron in support. The dramatic plot of the film is by Aron Leblanc, with music bv Cole Porter. The dance scinblcs will be patterned after tha spectacular numbers that made tns holies Bergere famous all over the world. Chevalier will sing live songi in the picture, “Rhythm of the Raiu,” “1 Was Lucky,” f u Revolt L Amour,” “Singing a Song” amt “You Took the Words Right Out of Mv Moutii.” There will be a I'lCiiili version made of the film, in which Princess Natacha Paley will play <‘pposite Chevalier.
