Unqualified praise of the beauties of the Wai to mo Caves, and vigorous cri ticism that the attractions are so little known, were expressed by Air. P. Gupta, co-manager of the Indian hockey team, on arrival at Hamilton. Ou the trip from Eltham the Indians had inspected the caves. "1 cannot understand,” he said, "why the Tourist Department does not give these caves more publicity. Outside of the Dominion very few know of them. As a man who has travelled in every part of the world 1 can assure you that the Waitomo glow--worm caves are the eighth wonder of the world. If your Government spent a little more money in advertising the caves its National Debt would noon he wiped out. ’ ’
