EARLY MOBILISATION Received July 8, 11.5 p.m. LONDON, July 8. The Daily Mail’s Paris correspondent says that Colonel Pa Rocque, addressing the Croix de Feu, said: “We will mobilise possibly in a fortnight against the revolutionary plans of M.M. Blum, Daladier and others. We will pack off the rotten parliamentary system and silence the bankers.”
