The Daily Telegraph’s Rome correspondent says that Signor Mussolini’s speech has created an impression throughout Italy, because though the newspapeis were forbidden to report it, it was verbally circulated in Rome and telegraphed to Milan, Turin, and elsewhere. . Signor Mussolini made it clear that he will attack immediately he has sufficient troops, stores, bombs, and aeroplanes. Meanwhile, it is reported that the 1910 class will be mobilised m August. Northern factories are working day and night on aeroplane parts, steamrollers, and munitions. Intensive propaganda is proceeding among tribes bordering on Italy’s African colonies. Dis-1 affected chiefs promise to join the I invaders immediately attack pre-I pares the way.
