HEARING OF PETITION
INTERNATIONAL CONCESSIONS [ Far Freia Aaaoclatioa. j AUCKLAND, May 29. The petition for the winding-up of International Concessions, Ltd., by the Court or under the supervision of the Court, was further contested before Mr. Justice Fair in thu {Supreme Court. I’etitioners were G. A. Hart A. A. Church, S. W. K. I’owell aud Mrs. O. Al. Zucker, all of Wellington, who in lheir petition outlined the activities ot the company and asked for an investigation of certain transactions. The petition showed that Internauonal Concessions had been interested in four subsidiary companies and that its agent had purchased a controlling interest in a lottery organisation m I the Free City of Danzig. Owing to ’.he report last October of the Commission of Inquiry into company promotion methods international Concessions had entered into a contract to sell its Danzig concession to an Australian company. After hearing lengthy legal argument the Judge reserved his decision.
